Directions to the Clinic from Shaw Avenue.

From Shaw enter the parking garage.
Drive to the top level. If you enter through any other level, the front desk is on the 1st floor.

Go through the sliding doors and register with the front desk. Once registered, the front desk staff will direct you to the floor and office your appointment will be held. Once your appointment is finished remember to return to the front desk for a parking token to leave the garage.

Exit I-64/US 40 or I-70 Grand Blvd. Go south on Grand. Turn right on Shaw and an immediate right into the main entrance of the Garage.

Exit I-44 at S. Grand Blvd. Go south on S. Grand Blvd. Turn right on Shaw and then make an immediate right into the main entrance of the parking garage.
